Future Prospects

With more and more overseas students and businesses participating in our events every year, the world is starting to appreciate Chio-Tian’s combination of religious festivities and theatrical performances as well as recognize the aesthetics of the Taiwanese folk culture. We hope that the Chio-Tian Folk Drums & Arts Troupe may establish a strong brand image in the international art scene that the temple fair parade culture is flourishing in Taiwan.

Our experience courses is attracting hundreds of youths and business organizations, bringing the temple fair parade culture that originated from the Taiwanese folks back to the daily life of all generations. This helps keep the traditional culture alive and also create opportunities to nurture new performers and promoters for Taiwanese folk arts who will further preserve Taiwan’s culture.
