- ■ 2,000 NTD per person (ages 13+), 1,200 NTD (7-12)
- ■ 100 NTD (under 7, lunch only, w/o activities)
- ■ Discounts available for groups of 30 people or more,

Cancellations
and Refunds
- * Refund criteria for cancellations due to personal circumstances:
- ■ A 10% administrative fee will be charged for refunds 31+ days prior to the event.
- ■ A 30% administrative fee will be charged for refunds 11-30 days prior to the event.
- ■ A 50% administrative fee will be charged for refunds 3-10 days prior to the event.
- ■ Cancellations within 2 days prior to the event will not be refunded.
- ■ If the event cannot be held due to circumstances beyond control, Chio-Tian Folk Drums & Arts Troupe may decide to cancel or reschedule the event.
- ■ Such circumstances include: typhoon alert, heavy rain alert, or insufficient applicants for the open registration on Chio-Tian’s official channel to hold the event.
- ■ Applying for rescheduling due to personal circumstances will be considered the same as cancelling and processed according to the terms above.
- ■ If the participant quits mid-event due to circumstances which the host cannot be accounted for, no refund will be issued.
- ■ Late arrival or absence due to personal circumstances will not be refunded.
- ■ Cancellation or rescheduling notifications will be e-mailed to the applicants 1-3 days before the event.
